At Abbotsford Dental, we know that budgets certainly play a role in patient confidence. Not only is major dental work a daunting prospect from a medical perspective, but extensive or lengthy treatment plans can be expensive. No one is denying that.

Luckily, there are various payment options for patients through our finance partner MacCredit, as well as our own Abbotsford Dental in-house financing. This in-house finance plan is applicable to patients who are able to pay at least 1/3 of their treatment, and then enter a payment plan thereafter. If you are unable to go through us, however, or commit to the terms, MacCredit is certainly there to ease the burden of costly dental treatment.

Health Fund Rebates

Health fund rebates play an important role too when it comes to the final cost and out-of-pocket expenses of professional dental treatment. At Abbotsford Dental, your treatment will be clearly itemised with the assistance of the Australian Dental Association glossary of item codes. Why, you ask? Well by doing this, it will allow you to claim any applicable benefits from your health insurer to ease the total expenditure of your treatment.

We also have HICAPS available, and a terminal in our office in which we can process your health insurance claim on the spot. Naturally, any components that are not covered by your health insurer will need to be paid for, but that is simply a matter of going through your insurance policy and making sure you are covered for what you are planning on having done.
